Markup and text processing languages are getting long in tooth:
SNOBOL (nearly 60 years old)
Icon (nearly 50 years old)
HUGO (40 years old)
OmniMark (30 years old)
Perl (30 years old, although Perl 6 is an important step forward)
XSLT (20 years old)
Of these, only HUGO, OmniMark and XSLT provide the convenience of rule-based programming.
